With a view to curb and avoid the uncertain artificial interference to the work and problem solving process of the factory, Shanghai Rigour Mold Factory has established rational working process for all links. Every employee will have the right to have a discussion with his or her superior about the rationalizaion of the problems cropping up. The standardization , rationalization and process-orientation are considered as the key elements of the competence building of Shanghai Rigour.
The Rationalization of the management involves establishing various rational targets such as:
1. Technical Targets:to specify the due technical know-hows that each employee should possess.
2. Production Targets: The due production capacity under a certain machine or equipment and personnel.
3. Cost Target: to specify the rational production cost, management cost, disqualification rate and etc.. of all links of the production.
The production process of the molds is as below:
1. Undertake the order.
2. Design the assembly drawing: 5-7 weekdays generally.
3. Prepare materials: To order materials after the assembly drawing is confirmed.
4. Processing Drawing Design: 7-10 weekdays generally
5. Scheduling the process of working: due to be done within 7 days after the assembly drawing is confirmed.
6. Mechanical Processing: All kinds of necessary mechanical processing such as CNC milling machine working, discharging processing, lathe working¡
7. Benchworking, polishing, moulding
8. Tiral molding, inspection, amending and conclusion
To provide process pictures and actual process schedule to the customers who are kept informed by the dynamics of the manufacturing.
